Soar higher with Sonja Stark of PilotGirl Productions

My name is Sonja Stark of PilotGirl Productions. I’m a female DP, videographer, editor, and streaming tech. I’ve shot productions all over the world. Since 1995, I’ve shot in nearly 80 countries on every continent. I have decades of experience shooting and editing ENG, broadcast, documentary, web, commercial, industrial, educational, and non-profit. I’ve been fortunate enough to earn several New York State Emmy Awards and a National Broadcaster Award while working for CBS-TV. Certifications include New York State Women in Business Enterprise, FAA Part 107 UAS, and PADI open water SCUBA certification license. I own the LIVEU encoder for ENG work, the AJA encoder for local streaming, the Sony FX9 and FS7 along with the Sony Alpha A7sIII DSLR camera. All 3 have Satchler tripods. The DSLR can be mounted to the DJI Ronin-S for OTS movement. Since 2007, I’ve been an FAA Part 107 certified drone op with DJI’s Inspire, Phantom, and now the Mavic 3. I also own multiple GoPro kits, DJI Osmos, a 9-foot Dana Dolly slider, an HMI Joker 400, large green screens, 1×1 LED lighting, a 15″ teleprompter, and Lectrosonic wired/wireless/shotgun audio kits.
(I have lots of older equipment that I’d like to sell or donate so if you’re interested in cameras, lighting, or audio gear that still stands the test of time, contact me!)
